All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages during Shipment
Eureka tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
We apologize that we don’t have any kind of refund for any course or item only for the below cases which related to items from the store:
- Missing items or damaged items
- Please inform us within 1 business days of delivery if there are any product has a problem
- We can only offer returns for items purchased from our website.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 1 calendar day of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 1 calendar day have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
